Think About

In the quiet moments of a peaceful morning walk
I let my thoughts drift heavenward
My thoughts are filled with You

I think about Your majesty
That flows from Heaven’s throne
I think about the wonders
Of Creation You have made

I think about the human heart
That You want to invade
I think about this heart of mine
That You have entered in

I think about the mercy
And the grace You freely gave
I think about the love and joy
I found when I found You

I think about the changes
You have made inside of me
I thank You for the love
That brought You deep inside my heart

In the quiet moments of a peaceful morning walk
I let my thoughts drift heavenward
My thoughts are filled with You

Psalm 9:1-2
I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will tell of all Your marvelous works.
I will be glad and rejoice in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.”

thoughts by Kathy Cheek Thoughts by Women

Here is where I breathe You deep inside my heart,
Here is where You make me strong and make me more like You.
Here is where You pour Your love like a river over me,
Here is where my heart finds more of You.

Here is where I come to You, Lord,

With all that I am,

You come to me

With all You made me to be.

Where is Here?

The place…
The time…
Any place, any time of the day that I draw aside and spend time alone with the Lord, purposing to draw near to Him in close and intimate communion.

Here

Is where I am with Him and He is here with me.
He made us for this!
Let’s not miss out on the richness of drawing close to Him.

Oh, Father, I am glad I don’t have to look far or seek long to find You. I can look into a great big sky and always find You near. I can look into my heart and always know You’re here.

Jeremiah 29:13

And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

Psalm 27:8

When You said, “Seek My face,”
My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.”

Acts 17:27-28

So that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’
