Daily Thoughts about God Posts

by Vonette Bright

Arthur had a neighbor who was a big-time drug dealer and one tough fellow.
Yet the two struck up a casual friendship.

One evening, Arthur mentioned that he and his wife were going to church to watch a film.
Out of the blue, the man asked if he could come along.

Well, after the service, Arthur led the man in prayer to receive Christ!

Although now in his 70’s, the former drug dealer is still going strong in his faith.

Friend, there are those around you whose hearts have been prepared by the Holy Spirit.

Your neighbor may be ready to receive Christ!

Pray for them, dear one.
Be friendly, and talk about Jesus.

Let the light of Christ shine through you and reflect on others!

And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.Philippians 4:19 (NASB)

The first thing:

God has the power to meet every need in your life because He is omnipotent.
The LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty.
Genesis 17:1(NASB)

The second thing:

God knows what your needs are and how to meet those needs because He is omniscient.
Nothing in all creation is hidden from God.” Hebrews 4:13 (NLT)

The third thing:

God will personally see to it that your needs are met because He is omnipresent.
Fear not, for I am with you;  be not dismayed, for I am your God.
Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV)
