There is a Place

There is a place of quiet rest, a place where
you can have peace
where all its beauty is yet to be seen.
A place of refuge for the oppressed, a place
where the Savior makes intercessions for
all of your needs, and God your Father will provide.

A place where you are undisturbed – a place to enjoy
pleasure beyond measure.
A place you seldom want to leave, but He very gently
says “my child you must leave now“, Having the reassurance
that you have the freedom to return as often as you wish.

A hungering and a thirsting is welling up from within that food
and water cannot satisfy.
For it is His presence that satisfies, the hungering thirsty soul.
Yes the Bread of Life satisfies the hungry soul, and with the prompting
of the Holy Spirit you are now praying even more persistently
and consistently.

There is a place when you are battered and torn, when you enter
via the stairway of prayer, there you find healing for each wound
and joy beyond what words can describe.

Oh the richness of His Love and the bliss of His warm embrace.
Everything that hinders is banished in His presence
Purity and truth is revealed in this place, and oh the serenity
of the fountain of living waters flowing, washing you over and over again.
Rejuvenating your body soul and spirit giving to you the radiance of the Lord.

Yes there are many places, but this a specific place it is called
the secret place.
This is the place of intimacy and love beyond measure!!
The place of prayer, make your appointment today and experience
joy and pleasure beyond measure!!!
Meet Him at the place, He is waiting for you!!!!

Peace and Contentment

I feel your abundant love
Flowing to me like the wings of a dove
I hear the sweet sounds of the river,
And feel it’s waters bathing my parched
And thirsty soul. Rejuvenating my body
mind and spirit!

What peace and contentment I find
Every moment I am with you!
Such beauty and comfort surrounds
You…oh what love you bestow
upon me and the awe of your divine
Presence! You are all I need for
Everything is in You Oh Lord!

You are Peace and Contentment!

I will war for you when you are weak
and can’t go on.
Giving to you renewed strength.

I will war for you when people
are slandering you, with words
and assassinating your character
I will war for you, that you will
not get stuck in the mud.

I will war for you maintaining your integrity
for you were born to win, to soar above
the storms of life.
Yes I will carry your pain, humiliation
and all of your shame.
I will war so that you will live above sin.

I will war for you to continue to display
My love, embracing each hurting soul
whose path you cross, in spite
of the false accusers.

I will war for you, fighting your battles
giving to you the victories, and ushering
you into My presence where you will find
joy beyond measure.

I will war for you, you are my Choice Vessel
whom I have chosen, to display my love
to a hurting world filled with pain.
I will war for you, I love you so much
that I sacrificed My only Son Jesus Christ
to die in your place
so that you can live daily abundantly
free from the ravages of sin.

Always remember Jehovah Gibbor will arise
to war for you, through Jesus Christ
your Intercessor, your High Priest.
The Lamb who died for you.

Signed: Your Abba Father who loves you
unconditionally!!

Do you need the supernatural strength that only God can give?

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, God has given you His Holy Spirit to help you live life according to His perfect plan. Why not pray this simple prayer and by faith invite Him to fill you with His Spirit:

Dear Father, I need You. I acknowledge that I have sinned against You by directing my own life. I thank You that You have forgiven my sins through Christ’s death on the cross for me. I now invite Christ to again take His place on the throne of my life. Fill me with the Holy Spirit as You commanded me to be filled, and as You promised in Your Word that You would do if I asked in faith. I pray this in the name of Jesus. As an expression of my faith, I thank You for directing my life and for filling me with the Holy Spirit. Amen

If you prayed this prayer we would love to hear from you . If you would like to know God deeper we can connect you with an email mentor and/or send you some great links.

Thoughts by All thoughts by Margaret Mullings Thoughts by Women

A poem for those going through hard times.

Life’s painful experiences are really teachers
for your learning, to bring you to the realization that,
discipline and integrity are the order of the day.

What a price you pay for every indiscretion.
There is a price to pay for every careless mistake
Yes, the pain seems greater than you can bear.
Yet the comfort of the word rings out from
Proverbs 3:5&6Trust in the Lord with
all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own under-
standing.’ In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he
shall direct thy path

You now realize the folly of putting your trust in people
and in things.
O the folly of being careless and trusting in your own
intellect.
With much regret and the wish that you could go back
and undo what has already been done!
Despair and depression now surrounds you,
hope begins to flee away.

At a moment’s glance, the warm and welcoming
presence of your Abba Father surrounds you,
bringing comfort and strength to you.
Enlightening you with the understanding
that every painful experience, every
disappointment are really tools to sharpen
and refine you.
To bring you to your rightful place in the Kingdom
of God.

Your most painful experience, if you continue
to endure will bring you to the place
of your greatest triumph.
These experiences will bring you to your place
of destiny.

May God, your Abba Father impart to you endurance
to hold on in all that you are going through,
you will make it through Life’s Painful Experiences.

ONE ACT OF LOVE

One act of love,
A kind word spoken
Brings hope to the wounded
Broken spirit,
Starved of love and affection,
And thought that love was
Only a dream.

One act of love,
A kind word spoken
Yes an act of forgiveness
Can change the course of one’s life!
Love so powerful yet so gentle
Reaching the one who knows only pain
And sorrow, rejuvenating, restoring
The heart to love again in spite of.
To love and appreciate the sunshine,
And the lilies that grow in the valleys.
To enjoy the fresh air and to sing
The sweet refrain and really believe!

One act of love,
A kind word spoken
Brings hope to the wounded
Broken spirit!
This act of love comes directly
From Abba Father’s heart of love
Reaching you and me,
For we really need each other!

Try it…..it really works….
One act of love!

Strength

You are the apple of God’s eye, you are fearfully and wonderfully made, precious in His sight!

In spite of the challenges you face each day, the Lord will give to you enough of His grace and strength to get through victoriously! Yes, He is imparting His Love within you to turn the other cheek! He is healing all of your hurts and pain! Remember all those sleepless nights? Well from now on as you lay your head on your pillow you have sweet sleep, because It is the Lord who gives you sleep! Enter into the rest of God, for He is fighting for you! You are victorious in every situation!

In the midst of my pain
Do not allow my living be in vain.
For I must not kick and shove
I must be harmless as a dove.
Yet I need Your wisdom from above
For the storms are raging and the waters
Threaten to overtake me…the dark
Clouds are gathering…but in the midst
Of it all I see a glimmer of light .. yes!

In the midst of the angry billows, the light
Is getting even brighter.
In the midst.. I see you Oh Lord the Lover
Of my soul, who in the midst brings peace
To my soul. Calming all my fears in the midst!
You bring me joy in the midst of my pain.
For in the midst of my sorrow You have made
Me to dance before You .. and Oh the joy
That overflows my soul in the midst of this
Wealthy place you have brought me into!

It Is Time. Christian Poem by Margaret Mullings

It is not about how gifted
And Anointed you are.
It is not about demons and warfare,
It is about your obedience,
to God!

It is not about being,
The best Scholar of the word.
Instead it is that you,
become a doer of the word,
And be faithful to God.

It is not about going to Church,
And being actively involved,
In ministry!
That is very good yet you,
Must have a relationship,
With Abba Father through,
Jesus Christ!

It is not about how much money,
You can give nor how much,
You can give to the poor.

It is time to get real!
And make Jesus Christ,
The main deal!
Yes make Him Lord,
Of your life today!

It is time!
For Jesus is coming,
It is time to be ready!!!!!

The Carpenter - A Christian Poem

The Carpenter needs the hammer to fasten the nails to the wood, with his many other tools and materials that are necessary for the completion of the work.

God needs you and me to Carpenter with Him through His Son Jesus Christ, by studying the word and applying it to our daily lives.

Being thoroughly furnished with persistent prayer.

God requires you to be fully clothed in His armor, saturated with compassion and love, with a passion for the lost souls, always prepared to minister to those who are in need.

The Great Carpenter Himself then pours the oil of the anointing upon the Evangelist, the Preacher of the word, and the missionary delivering the good news of Salvation, impacting people of every Nation.

Yes the Great Carpenter keeps you renewed, and restores your faith when you falter.

He gives rest in times of weariness, and gives you Wisdom to make decisions of faith.

It is so refreshing and rewarding to help the Carpenter rebuild lives and to keep hope alive against all odds.

Jesus Christ, He is the Carpenter of your life.

When your strength is failing
And you are faltering in your faith
Pause for a moment, take a deep
Breath and God your Father, who
Is the source of your strength will
Refresh and rekindle your faith.

Remember the battle is not yours,
The battle is the LORD’S battle, and He
Is fighting for you!

God will continually strengthen and sustain
You in all that you are going through!

But they that wait upon the Lord will renew their strength

devtional

As blind Bartimaeus heard feet running hurriedly. The stench of begging was now unbearable to him!

The woman who had the issue of blood heard that a man who could heal, had come to her town which stirred the stench of her sickness to go and see him!

The stench of the sickness of his servant’s daughter caused the Centurion to search and find this man who could heal all manner of sickness and diseases!

What about you? What stench is driving you?

Allow the stench that you are bearing to awaken your faith to do something that you have never done before!

Bartimaeus threw off his begging garment, the woman who had the issue of blood she risked her life by going to get her healing! The Centurion made the long journey to seek out and find the man named Jesus!

What about you? Only you know what you are going through! But, are you willing to do something about your situation and as the stench becomes more unbearable do something? Take a leap of faith today and you will receive your breakthrough of the greatest miracle of your life!

Get this, the enemy meant the stench for evil, but God is using it to bring Glory and Honor to His name!

Thoughts by All thoughts by Margaret Mullings Thoughts by Women

God strengthens His children for the journey.

You may be going through, what feels like a fiery
trial at this very moment.

Suddenly an over whelming situation is added
and you feel as though tomorrow will never come.
At that very moment this assurance comes to mind,
that even though you do not know what tomorrow
may bring nor what the future holds, it is such a comfort
in knowing that Jesus is walking beside you, and He knows
what lies ahead.

His presence is with you, and you are covered in the blood
of Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow arrives, and you are still here. You still feel pain
and experience many setbacks. But as the tears roll down
you cheeks, know that even though you may never understand
why you are going through what you are experiencing,
the calm assurance comes to mind that, He who holds
your hand, is the one who holds tomorrow, and He will
take care of you.

You then begin reading the word. Tomorrow you are meditating
on that word, praying looking forward to tomorrow, each tomorrow is
getting brighter.

You are learning that God your Abba Father is in control
of not one, but over every circumstance and situation
that concerns you.

Further you learn that God has plans for your life, to bless
and to prosper you.

Trust God today to take care of your tomorrow!!!

Today’s Scripture: Matthew 6:34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

You are more beautiful
than the dawn of the morning.

Gentle as the summer breeze
Your presence is like blessings
after the rain!

Spending time with You
is my pleasure, and in Your
presence I find joy beyond
measure!

Yet there are times when
I need Your rod of correction
and a strong rebuke!

Which causes me to repent
in humility.
Your firm rebuke makes me
wiser.

I learn not to squander and
misuse the gifts You have
bestowed upon me.

Leading me back into Your
presence,
where I spend time with You
until the dawn of morning!

For You are the Dawn that
brings the morning!!!!

Bench to contemplateI miss you so much
I miss the hours we
spend with each other.

I miss when your gentle
touch, and your voice of
comfort beckons me, to
meet you at the secret
place!

Lately though so much has
happened,
many deadly assaults and
missiles are being hurled at me.
Yet still I ‘m here,
for You sustained me.

I can feel Your gentle touch,
and Your comforting Voice
of cheer.
Saying to me “Arise and come
into My presence
“.

But many times I miss those
vital appointments
and am feeling lost without You.

Oh how I miss You, and I realize
that You are calling me into Your
presence, to lay prostrate
before You.
Which signifies my total surrender.

I miss You, and now I yield to Your
Will, Thy Kingdom come,
Be done Will of God in my life!
