“This same Jesus, who has been taken from you will come back in the same way you have seen Him goâ€. Acts 1:11
We were driving through the city. Our son, daughter-in-law and three-year-old granddaughter were with us. To keep my granddaughter occupied, I began to sing to her and she sang back to me.
One of the songs I sang was, “Soon and very soon, we are going to meet the Kingâ€. I sang it a few times and then she looked at me and said, “No, Grandma, we are going to the mallâ€.
Well, at the time we all laughed, but later I thought about what she said. Don’t we, as adults, often act as if we prefer to go the mall, rather than looking for His return? Are we looking forward to our King’s coming, or are we so busy with stuff – running to and fro – that we rarely give a thought that maybe, just maybe, the King is coming back today?
Are you looking forward to seeing Jesus? When was the last time you thought about His return? We get so busy with living here that we forget that we are on earth for a short time compared to eternity.
Are you ready? Are you looking forward to seeing Him? If not, I encourage you to read  http://www.thoughts-about-god.com/4laws/law0.html. You can be ready. You can look forward to His return.
~ Father, I am so glad Jesus is returning to earth. Maybe He will come today, maybe tomorrow. Give us gladness of heart and readiness because we know our Lord is coming soon. Amen.

ripe, God is waiting for the seed in the hand of His servant sowed in the heart of the last man/woman with Him to be born on this earth.
Therefore, when the hearvast is fully ripe, God will send His Son Jesus, with the heavenly hosts to gather the final harvest.
Thank you for this insightful devotional. God bless you.
I would rather like to look forward to the time and day I meet Jesus in heaven, though unknown to anyone in this world, because it is easy to expect-the span of life is limited by our Father in heaven, long back.
Jesus’s arrival can be any time after some years, though not known to anyone, except our Father in heaven, because, Apostle Peter has said, it’s God’s descretion to send Jesus, to the final harvest. As the seeds are being sowed by His servants, and gathering the harvest as it is…
Although we don’t know and no one knows when our LORD will come its all up to us how we represent ourselves when the time comes. As HE said to his disciples: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the FATHER has set by His own Authority (v:7).= For the Son of Man is going to come in his FATHER’s Glory with His angels, and then He will reward each person according to what he has done. ( Matthew 16:27).
JESUS final words to his disciples:be a witness throughout the world, beginning…
The way the world is going on, what was written in the BIBLE slowly comes out, the different kinds of calamities like floods, earthquakes, fire, wars, riots and famine is what the BIBLE said. It’s also a reminder that anytime the KING of kings and the LORD of lords will come and we all BOW down to welcome the ONE who was and is and IS COMING.
Now is the time of revelation that JESUS will soon be COMING and may all those In CHRIST will WIN more Souls as the DAY is approaching.
What a big surprise it will be to see Jesus in person. How will we welcome Him in case he pays us a visit to our house.Lay a red carpet and greet him with a bouquet of of flowers preferably Roses. invite him for a meal, wash his feet, hug him,we wont know what to do when we see him wont we? This is just a dream but he is actually coming and we don’t know when,no one knows.
